潤滑脂的作用:

●減少溝道面與鋼球的回轉摩擦、鋼球和保持架的滑動摩擦

●  Reduce the rotational friction between the channel surface and steel ball, sliding friction between the steel ball and holder,and sliding friction between the holder and channel guide surface.

●帶走軸承內部摩擦發(fā)生的熱和其他從外部傳來的熱，防止軸承的發(fā)熱和潤滑劑的老化。

●Transfer the heat generated by the bearing internal friction and the other from the external heat. Prevent the heating of thebearing and aging of lubricant.

●使軸承的滾動接觸面經常形成適當?shù)挠湍ぃ徑鉀_擊負荷集中應力及延長軸承的疲勞壽命。

● Appropriate oil film formed at the rolling contact surface of bearing to alleviate the impact load and concentration stress,prolong the fatigue life of the bearing

●防止鋼球、溝道、保持器的銹蝕以及垃圾、異物、水分的侵入，對軸承的防銹和防塵。
